B.M. (Don) Dent named CFO of Carbolytic Materials Company

July 11, 2011

I am pleased to announce that Mr. Benjamin McDonald (Don) Dent has joined Carbolytic Materials Company as Chief Financial Officer.  Most recently Mr. Dent was CFO of Moark Inc., an agricultural products company where he led their efforts for an initial public offering in 2008.  Prior to Moark Mr. Dent held senior financial positions at Pfizer’s Capsugel unit, Solutia, Inc. and Monsanto Company.  ‘Don brings a wealth of experience to this role in Carbolytic and will be a very valuable resource to Carbolytic as we continue our growth in the renewable products space’, said Jim Howard, president and COO of Carbolytic Materials Company.

Don will continue to reside in St. Louis and will report to me.  Please join us in welcoming Don to this new role.
