B.M. (Don) Dent named CFO of Carbolytic
Materials Company

I am pleased to announce that Mr. Benjamin
McDonald (Don) Dent has joined Carbolytic
Materials Company as Chief Financial Officer.
Most recently Mr. Dent was CFO of Moark
Inc., an agricultural products company where he
led their efforts for an initial public offering
in 2008.
Prior to Moark Mr. Dent held senior
financial positions at Pfizer’s Capsugel unit,
Solutia, Inc. and Monsanto Company.

this role in Carbolytic and will be a very
valuable resource to Carbolytic as we continue
our growth in the renewable products space’,
said Jim Howard, president and COO of Carbolytic
Materials Company.
Don will continue to reside
in St. Louis and will report to me.
